PNC declares Q3 results for the year 2024-25

Pritish Nandy Communications today announced Q3 results for the quarter and nine month ended December 31, 2024 after its Board meeting.

Income in Q3 was Rs 326.36 lakh with a loss of Rs 36.52 lakh after tax.

The first 9 months of 2024-25 disclosed a total income of Rs 2628.99 lakh, as compared to the total income of the first 9 months of2023-24 which was Rs 2937.70 lakh, with a loss after tax of Rs 55.80 lakh compared to a profit after tax of Rs 122.15 lakh.

In Q3, the Company continues to add to its new projects under production with the commencement of pre-production of season 4of its very popular and international Emmy nominated fiction show, Four More Shots Please! Filming for this new season begins in Q4. The show continues to star Kirti Kulhari, Sayani Gupta, Maanvi Gagroo, Bani J and Prateik Babbar, Lisa Ray, Milind Soman with others. 3 new characters will join this cast in season 4 which continues to be written by Devika Bhagat, with dialogues by Ishita Moitra, and will be directed by Arunima Sharma and Neha Parti Matiyani.

The Company’s new Amazon Original fiction series Ziddi Girls is expected to release on Prime Video on February 27 this year. Season 1 of this 8 episode series captures the magic of being young and idealistic, brave and vulnerable as a new batch of Gen Z freshers enter a college campus in Delhi and discover that nothing is as simple as it looks. This powerful coming of age drama has been created and showrun by Rangita and Ishita Pritish Nandy and is directed by award winning filmmaker Shonali Bose, and written and directed by Vasant Nath and Neha Veena Sharma.

In a world-class global event held 4 days ago in Mumbai, Netflix announced The Royals, also a Pritish Nandy Communications fiction series, as part of its India slate 2025, to release globally. The Royals is a romance reimagined against the spectacle of royalty and modern day India where start-up warriors, today’s influential and wealthy, are all set to challenge old money. Also created by Rangita and Ishita Pritish Nandy, The Royals stars actors Bhumi Pednekar and Ishaan Khatter. They are supported by a powerhouse ensemble cast including Zeenat Aman, Sakshi Tanwar, Nora Fatehi, Milind Soman, DinoMorea, Chunky Pandey, Sumukhi Suresh, Vihaan Samat, Lisa Mishra and others. The Royals is written by Neha Veena Sharma and directed by Priyanka Ghose and Nupur Asthana.

Apart from these 3, new series and films continue to be in development at PNC‘s creative studio.
