Pritish Nandy Communications (PNC) announced its Q4 and annual results after its Board meeting on Tuesday 21st May 2024.

The Q4 results showed rise in income to Rs 2897.80 lakh compared to Rs 76.93 lakh in last year's Q4.

PNC's year-end results showed a rise of 210% in total income to Rs 5835.50 lakh from Rs 1880.20 lakh last year.
The Company made a net profit of Rs 218.68 lakh compared to a loss of Rs 405.56 lakh last year.

The Company's new Amazon original series "Ziddi Girls" is expected to release on Prime Video this year. The series captures the magic of being young and idealistic, brave and vulnerable as a new batch of Zen G freshers enter a college campus in Delhi and discover that nothing is as simple as it looks. The powerful coming of age drama has been created by Rangita and Ishita Pritish Nandy who won an International Emmy nomination for their very successful Amazon Original "Four More Shots Please!" "Ziddi Girls" Is directed by award winning film maker Shonali Bose with Neha Sharma and Vasant Nath.

The Company is in the final stage of filming their larger-than-life new series, a romantic comedy for a leading global streaming platform. Details of the show will be soon released.

Other new series and films are in development for streaming platforms across the world. One or more of them are likely to go into production later this financial year.
